Matthew has been on the soccer field, Pro. He has been behind the prison wall, Con. Now he is  back from the grave of failure to instigate integrity, inspire conscience, and influence conduct (learn more at www.truthovertrend.com). Matthew and his beautiful wife, Sarah, reside in Egg Harbor Township, NJ. He graduated from Temple University in Philadelphia with a BS in BA; however, upon completion of his education, Matthew was a 1st round draft pick to play professional soccer, where he did so for the next three seasons. He came to Coastal as the Team Leader of Student Ministries in March of 2015 and began teaching our Thursday night service consistently in September of 2015. In October 2017, Coastal acknowledged, affirmed, and celebrated the ordainment of Matthew to the Office of Pastor.
